  • Go to your dashboard
  • On the menu, click on My Events
  • Click on View Events
  • Click on view details button for the Event
  • Click on Scan Tickets
  • Click on Connect to Camera button, select your camera
  • Scan the QR code on the ticket with your Camera
  • Click the Check Ticket button
  • If "Yes" shows after "Checked In:", it means the Ticket has been used
  • Click on Change Entry Status button at the bottom to check the Ticket Owner in
  • Select Yes under Check in and click the Update button
  • Make sure you check the Ticket Owner in to prevent another User from using the same ticket

  • How can I verify valid tickets without Internet?

  • Go to your dashboard
  • On the menu, click on My Events
  • Click on View Events
  • Click on view details button for the Event
  • Click on Tickets Bought
  • Click on Download as Excel or Download as PDF
  • Search the Ticket number of the ticket in your file
  • Make sure you mark this ticket as used in your file to prevent another User from using

  • How can I validate tickets by Searching the Ticket Number?

  • Go to your dashboard
  • On the menu, click on My Events
  • Click on View Events
  • Click on view details button for the Event
  • Click on Tickets Bought
  • Search the Text before the dash for ease e.g EK46
  • Click on Full Details to compare the details with what is on the ticket
  • If the details are correct, the ticket is valid
  • If "Yes" is shown under "Checked In", it means the Ticket has been used
  • Click on Change Entry Status to check the Ticket Owner in
  • Select Yes under Check in and click the Update button
